What Happens Next

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice that includes:
- Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
